23.1.2012 – New statutory accounting and reporting in Switzerland
A new publication compares the new legal provisions adopted on 23 December 2011 with the provisions of the existing and still effective Swiss Code of Obligations. The booklet can at no charge be ordered from veb.ch and also downloaded from www.veb.ch. As stated in the preface, we have helped to realise this publication.

Full IFRS are too complex and changeable for SMEs. Swiss GAAP FER do not really fit companies with international activities. Since 2009, the new IFRS for SMEs embodies an alternative. A new brochure edited by SRG Schweizerische Revisionsgesellschaft AG provides the necessary basis for decisions: Order form.

22.6.2010 - New publication 'IFRS für KMU – strukturiert'
A book is going to be published by Versus Verlag in July 2010. It covers the new IFRS for Small and Medium-sized Entities (IFRS-SME) for the first time in full and in German. The authors are Dr Stephan Glanz and Prof Dr Dieter Pfaff, the editor is veb.ch. The book is innovative by transforming the new standard into schemata which are interlinked. 22.6.2010 - Admission as a partner of SRG Schweizerische Revisionsgesellschaft AG
Since 1 June 2010, Dr. Glanz & Partner GmbH is a member of SRG Schweizerische Revisionsgesellschaft AG, Aarau (SRG). At the same time Dr. Stephan Glanz was admitted as a partner. SRG is a partnership-based association of audit/assurance and business advisory firms. It operates at several locations in Switzerland and is registered with the Federal Audit Oversight Authority (RAB).
